Your main contact with us will always be your dedicated account director. They will manage your project from start to finish. This will include: estimating and budget control; timings and scheduling; quality and version control; print or online delivery.
Your account director will keep you informed about progress at every stage. They will be supported by your dedicated account manager to ensure a seamless service.
The management process

Internal works orders are raised and checked against the purchase order or verified with you or the account manager. If necessary this check will be undertaken again at production stage. Checks at every stage ensure previous and subsequent tasks are carried out correctly.

Besides maintaining regular contact with you we will conduct a review of your account at least annually to highlight any areas where we can improve our performance.
